Policy Details: Veridian Digital offers free and professional consultation services to help you determine the best marketing strategies for your business. All sessions are held virtually and require an active email address for confirmation and follow-up materials. Please ensure you provide accurate contact details when booking. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel bookings in the event of unforeseen circumstances, in which case you will be notified promptly. Client Booking Rules Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is allowed up to 12 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations should be made at least 12 hours prior to avoid losing priority scheduling. No-shows without notice will require rebooking at a later availability. All consultations are virtual — please ensure you have a stable internet connection. You will receive a confirmation email upon booking and a reminder prior to your session. Payment & Fees: All initial consultation services are complimentary and require no payment at the time of booking. Subscription services and paid engagements will be discussed during your consultation, and no charges will be processed without your formal agreement. Payment details for ongoing services will be finalized through our client onboarding process after your session. No fees apply for rescheduling or cancellations with proper notice. Veridian Digital does not collect payment information at the time of booking for free consultations.
